I bought this card, as usual, the good service from Play in delivery etc.

This works perfectly in my Canon digital camera. I plug it into my PS3 memory card slot and it can 'see' the pictures taken etc.

But, I have a card reader on my laptop which refuses to 'see' the card. Does anybody have any thoughts as to what the feck is going on. I've never seen this type of behaviour before.

My existing SD card (512Mb) works fine with the laptop.

It could be your card reader needs the latest drivers, some older readers cant read higher capacity cards.

Cheers for that, I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what it could be.

I'll have a 'shifty' tonight when I get home.

Suspect that you're probably right. When I insert the card, the reader flashes, so it 'knows' I've inserted a memory card.
