You should think yourself lucky you didnt get one :x .

Absolutely diabolical "user manual" that was so badly translated as to be utterly incomprehensible - only pure guesswork will allow you to use it at all. Thats not helped by a machiavellian menuing system which means its nigh impossible to find what you want (for example, there is no way to select a particular track from all the audio you've uploaded. You want to listen only from the 31st track onward? Tough luck, you'll have to tap the >> key 32 times to get to it!).

Then, just to rub salt into the wound, the 'driver CD' turns out to contain some weird application called Player Utilities. Click HELP and get an error message, "Help File Not Found". Firmware upgrade? No problem, select the location of the upgrade file. Eh? You dont know where to download the firmware upgrade from? Well thats just tough cheese, buddy! Want to format the player because a file has corrupted? Bzzt, no problem, but dont expect to use the device as anything other than a USB stick afterwards - there is no application on the driver CD to allow the formatted drive to recognise file types afterwards.

Disappointed? You're not kidding - I'm currently in the process of arranging a return for this device in exchange for something that might work!
