Just been in and seen these, haven't noticed them before. Don't know how the price compares to other big retailers, but it's damn good for the Co-op lol.

I imagine it's also for the full milk as well as semi but didn't actually see them.

Good price, it is usually £1.69 here
#3
Had this at our CoOp for about three weeks. Only problem is they seem to be limited to a dozen bottles a day which sell out pretty quick. Then it's back to paying £1.69.

cant beat farmfoods 2 for £1.50.. so cold for me om afraid!
#5
Knowing tha COOP as I do, I expect these to be out of date, on the turn or damaged. As far as I am concerned the COOP never willingly give the customer value for money.

Possibly be the usual case, but mine is 'use by' 11th May, and no dents lol.

farmfoods is excellent at the min, 2 x 4 pinters for £1.50 and 2 x hovis loaves for £1:thumbsup:

ahhhh, nothing like one of those infamous hotukdeals milk debates ..... roll on the comparisons, the debates about taste v's quality v's breeding conditions

(wow, I guess I have been on this forum way too long)

A 4-pint carton of milk is only £1 in Iceland (and has been for months now). We always buy ours there!
#13

#14
You should always try buying your milk from local asian shops as they are the chepest. 6pint for £1.20 in my area.

Totally agree.
I live in central London, not a farmfoods for many miles. Have the choice of either Somerfields or Waitrose within easy walking distance.
Somefields have had this for £1 for a couple of months, it's not too bad either so I'll continue to get it :) .

great find.. though buying the 1% fat one from sainsburys 2 for £2 at the mo..
#17
2 for £1.50 in farmfoods
#18
iceland milk is now £1.10 for 4pt.

Cold from me. Tesco do 6 pints for £1, and it tastes the same as other milk. Also what with farmfoods doing this cheaper then this posted deal, and iceland the same price as, wouldnt really call it a deal.
#20
Sainsburys do milk for £1 too, although Farmfoods 2 for £1.50 takes some beating.

Not in Tesco Stretford and Sale they don't.:x

Iceland does 4-pint bottle for £1.10
Lidl does 4-pint bottle for £1.09
Farmfoods does 2x 3PINT bottles for £1.50 (Yes they are 3 not 4 pint bottles, have a look next time)
So this is the best price for now.

Its been this price in the Sheffield Co-op near us for well over 6 months. The sainsburys local next to it did some slightly larger 2.2 L bottles for £1 for a couple of weeks, but now its back on 2 for £2, which is useless if you only drink 1 bottle per week!

Once again Im surprised that its not been in all Co-ops for months, but then the deals in our local co-op always seem different from the ones advertised in this forum.

Big Tesco's have the 6 pints for £1, or the 4 pints for 65p. But there are no big Tesco in Sheffield and our smaller super-stores have not had cheap milk for months now!
