Says for dogs or cats but I actually bought these for my pet stoats and they work a treat. Just attach to your pets collar and twist the tube to trigger the light. Brilliant, even when he's down a drain or something I can see the reassuring glow. Nice quality item and with the extra batteries you can't go wrong.

They don't like water, so don't let the dogs go swimming...

Yup, poundland/poundworld they all sell them, last ten minutes until the end screws off on it's own. Best to get a collar with built in lights

thats what i also found, plus there's no off button, you have to unscrew it to turn it off, which gets annoying the 10th time of having to pick the batteries up. Just glad i only paid a quid

So, just to be clear, you can get a similar item at a pound shop for.... wait for it.... A pound.... But they're cr*p??
Exactly why I can't be bothered with pound shop comments! I have found I'm perfectly competent with the operation of these so perhaps you should try em? ;)

No effective way of turning the collar tag blinker off & leaving collar on without losing the flashing bit & batteries. Even when unscrewed to turn off LED's flicker with any movement. Even if removed from animal batteries will be dead next time you use it unless completely removed & stored separately.Very effective while batteries last. Not very practical!

Fair enough but as I said, I have had no issues with operating the screw thread on these whatsoever. I do have an engineering background so maybe that helps!
Remove from your animals collar, turn thread till light goes out. Simples!
