Had one of these as part of a 3 handset kit. Put it next to our bed and it kept us up all night - very bright display lit the room up. Easy to see though in the morning when blurry eyed.

I had 2 of these as they came "free" when you bought another DECT phone.
I would not recommend them as radios - they obviously use the same circuits for the radio and the alarm so the radio always has a low level alarm noise.
I would not recommend them as phones as they are not truly DECT compatible. If you want to transfer calls between phones - transferring calls to them is "iffy", they keep dropping out of the transfer group, often they don't ring, or you pick up the ringing phone but there's no one there and you have to run to another extension. Their "identity" does not appear properly on the other dect phones.
I have thrown both of these away !

oh - and forgot to mention - the slightest power cut or even a "spike" in the mains and all the stations and alarm settings are gone. You need to reset everything from the year 2003. First you will know is when you wake up late for work and this alarm clock tells you its 5am on 01/01/2003!

I've had one of these since the 90s & although it's not the best, i.e the sounds a bit 'tinny' it has served me ok but now the Volumne buttons gone & its stuck on very quiet which isnt a problem as I wanted to up date but I can't find a modern version of this or a different make, it looks like they don't make these types of Phone/Radio/Alarm clocks any more unless you use it as a docking bay for you iphone which isn't what I want. If anyone knows where I can get hold of a new type of thses please let me know.
