This is a good price, if you can use free delivery its £9 delivered, with no discounts on the product itself was £29.00

Next cheapest is woolworths @ £19.00

Please note that you should check that the location you wish to use your mobile dongle has a suitable 3g coverage, this can be checked on the networks website under coverage checker. No wires. No contract. No fuss. E156 Mobile Broadband Dongle with 3GB pre loaded. Surf the web, get your emails, download some music where ever you want. The E156 Mobile Broadband Dongle auto installs with windows and mac, so easy to set up. Dongles will take a Micro SD card, so you can use your dongle as a memory stick.

Dont forget quidco - 9% cashback (81p) making this £8.19 :)

not if you use FREE DELIVERY COUPON which works for anyone.

If you want to chance quidco you can buy from three.co.uk for £19.99 and get £18 quidco back so costing £1.99. I personally would go for this deal instead though as I dont trust three and quidco.

That is a good deal , i paid £5 for mine months ago from an offer site .

It was unlocked straight away and i use this abroad now with a local sim card of that country , been to spain 3 times this year and have used 10 euro in a MasMovil spanish sim card .

Also consider buying one of the cheap 3 phones on PAYG instead.

If you buy a 1 month internet add on it costs only £5 for 30 days with a fair use limit (which is higher than 1GB) - you can use it as a 3G modem either through bluetooth or USB cable - yes its more bulky, but running costs are cheaper.

This is a good price for a dongle though - voted hot.

“E156 Mobile Broadband Dongle with 3GB pre loaded”

Wow, that’s a good price as it has 3GB pre-loaded and I presume it only lasts 30 days though!
Much better deals available via Cashback sites but with minor risks of course.

There's a mistake as it doesn't come with 3GB as they sell a dongle with 3GB for £38 which means you'd be paying £30 more for £15 of allowance. :w00t:

The vodafone dongle credit never runs out, it's the only network to do this

Vodafone were doing a dongle with £15 credit (so 1gb of data) for £39 with a dongle, but £10 quidco.

I did it this way :whistling:

Or buy this one unlock it and then use your mobile phone sim card to use any internet allowance. or even better get a iphone sim card from ebay and u get a whole years free internet (or until o2 find out and cut u off lol.) If u dont like the idea of the iphone sim then u can even get vodafone broadband sims from ebay (vodafone only sell these with their 39 pound donlgles) and topup your internet as u need- the credit never runs out if you are using the dongle regularly (otherwise 90 days).

My order confirmation said E156.

Okay just went to my account to track my order and it says E1550

The E1550 is a newer model replacement for the E156. When the E156 stock sells out, they simply replace it with the E1550.

So you are getting a more up to date product. Hope that explains the difference in model numbers.

However the 3GB allowance is a different issue altogether. When I looked at the deal yesterday it mentioned the 3GB allowance in one line of the description box but I noticed that the price of that "option" was actually £39 and the dongle WITHOUT the 3GB allowance was £9. You have to look at the whole page - especially the bottom right hand side - to make sense of the pricing options. No fault of the original poster, just bad website design from Very.

The dongle on its own is now £14, just to confuse things even more. So the £9 dongle is still a bargain even without any allowance.
