Jasee i think i would rather pay a few quid more and get one with a RCD built in,
some of these campsites are dodgy to say the least so how do i know they have stuck to the regulations.

It's easy to test to see if they have one (not necessarily the 30ma one which they should have here) if you know what you're doing. :-)
You're probably right to be cautious.
Just remember you're only protecting the connecting sockets in the three gang adapter. The cable to the sockets is not protected.
What a strange comment...
Easier......perhaps
Cheaper...definitely not
More fun.....absolutely not
Just come home from a 7 day holiday on a small site with my parents - they stayed in a cottage and me, my wife and children all stayed in our touring caravan on the same site. We paid £140 for 5 of us, they paid £400 for two - and the site we stayed on was at the top of the price range for small sites (IMHO).
LOL!!

Definitely is cheaper. How much does a caravan cost to buy? They ain't cheap. Plus you've got to drag it around which means you need a big car with a big engine, it takes forever to get anywhere and everyone hates you because you cause tailbacks for **** miles. Sounds like loads of fun.
We probably spend about £1-2K a year for a family of 5 on holidays including spending money. I bet it costs upwards of £15K for a decent caravan plus your site rental, fuel, equipment, maintenance. It's stupid money.
Same goes for camping, all that equipment costs a fortune.
Just stay in a B&B, hotel or static caravan, it's cheaper, nicer and more comfortable.
Woah! Just had a look, £15K is cheap, more like £23K. Yikes! No thanks.
