This is a 12 months SIM only contract.

4GB 4G DATA, U/L Minutes, U/L Texts for only £9 a month

Quidco also tracks at £30 which means that if it pays out

= (9*12)-30

= £6.50 a month

Please note this is on the Three Essential Plan only so there's no Feel at Home or Tethering included.

Also Three have a Refer a Friend scheme which allows you and your friend to earn a £25 Amazon voucher EACH ! This deal could end up costing you £8 for the year if you choose to keep both vouchers for yourself ;)

The only thing that makes 3 attractive is the feel at home and with this plan it does not apply. I'm out
Feel at home is ****. Used it in France and Spain this year and it was unusable for doing anything that you want a smartphone to do. No streaming radio (5 live), No spotify, youtube (for kids). It seems to be geared at people sending hot dog leg photos to social media. I tried all the available networks that I could roam on.
It's a gimmick, I'd rather buy a local sim in future.

I used mine in Spain (Gran Canaria) and was able to use Skype, watch internet videos, download files, just a little slower than being at home. I thought it was good!

This is a good deal.
It's a pity that their signal is next to useless - even in minor towns.

Believe cashback will decline if you use it.

How do you get quidco and referral both? referral amazon voucher requires order made through a referral link, so does quidco. so cant get both.

Although there is no feel at home EU roaming charges are dropped on the 30 June 2017

Would have gone for this deal for the unlimited minutes for the missus, but her contract runs out on the 1st of November!

Hmmm...when I add the deal to the basket and then choose the nano sim option, on the next page it says the following 'Sorry there is nothing selected. We only keep items in your basket for a limited time. If you still want to buy something from us, please go back to the store.' :|

If it helps; I use their wifi calling in bad areas and that seems to be pretty good, never had dropped / missed calls...

Has anyone ever got one of these 3 deals to track on quidco? I have had to lodge tickets with the last 2 sim only deals, offering £50, on here... and still no sign of a resolution.

Would be really sweet if it had tethering, I guess they wouldn't notice if you were using a smart phone as a wifi hotspot but would use up a lot of power if on all the time.

Is there any way tethering can be added for a small fee?

Quoting from the Three website under 'plan details';

On our Essential Plans, you can’t use your inclusive data allowance to create a personal hotspot (this is where you share your phone’s internet with other devices such as tablets and laptops). If you want to do this, you can buy an Add-Personal Hotspot Add-on when needed of 1GB, 3GB or 6GB.

They must employ some sophisticated software to be able to reliably detect something like that.

This is a good deal if you like to jibber jabber a lot down the phone. I went for the £7 a month unlimited data - the downside is that it 'only' has 200 minutes so not so good for jibber jabberer's. It does have feel at home though which I think is extremely useful if you travel a lot. So if you jibber jabber incecessently and believe tales that dragons roam outside of your towns borders - this is for you.

WiFi calling only works if you have an iPhone or a phone bought from 3 unfortunately!

It's not very sophisticated but they've been doing that for nearly 2-3 years already

To keep your number you'll have to port out to a pay and go sim with another provider then port back into your new 3 sim, I did it, takes a couple of days but it's the only way.

Just use a VPN with a UK based server, sorts it. From experience, you need to switch the VPN off and on again occasionally, dont know if they recognise it after a bit, but on and off does the trick!

Do you have a link for this please I can't see it on the website? I would prefer the unlimited data as don't need many minutes. The cheapest unlimited data plan I can see is £23 a month.

That is not true at all.

All you need is this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hutchison3g.threeintouch&hl=en_GB or the iOS version.

all these are not deals but promises of a deal : if you do this and you do that, you might even get the other
kind of enough of such deals.
