What is "simregister.co.uk"? I've seen it in a few deals but I can't work out what it does any differently to what the networks can do themselves.

Their keep your number credit used to, but now lasts forever. Not sure about this simregister credit.

Funny how most people slate three for being a crappy network then when offers come along people fall over them selves lol.

Bear in mind this will be on the newer tariff(3pay) which gives you the unlimited 3 to 3 calls so you wont be able to use the stretch your minutes add ons.(flat12 allows you to do this)

I call loads of different networks so it worked out much cheap for me to stay on the older tariff even though the missus is on 3

Used simregister before, for the orange sims that came with £5 credit that someone posted here a few months ago.

Seems a cracking deal.

Hmmm, not overly happy with this. I just orderd one. When I entered my detailsmy basket didn't come up and it wouldn't let me check. I checked out anyway as I hadn't looked at anything else but it seems that I had 2 in my basket and have been charged for 2. Nevermind I'll call and explain as it says they are open on a Sunday 10 - ?. I phoned and apparantly they do not open on on a Sunday!!!!
Not the end of the world, but I only wanted one to see what 3 is like in my area as my contract runs out soon . I'll email instead

Voted hot by the way - just check your baskets (if it lets you)

would it work in a usb dongle

would it work in a usb dongle

I'd say probably not as it will be sim-specific and set to a walkie talkie pay-as-you-go mode tariff.

You don't say....

What I asked is WHY you use that site to register the sim when the networks are perfectly capable of doing it on their own. Do they sell your number to databases?

Hi all..I got the 40 pound Huawei deal before xmas on three.
http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/540784/huawei-u7510-3-touch-mobile-phone-3

Im in chester and the network is great. If you top up a fiver you get 150mb internet fee and free 3to3 calls as well as 25 texts....

This wont happen with a 10 pound credit (ie bringing your number i did this)...you will need to buy addons which are not as good a deal as in internet is 5 pounds a month and so on...

also you need to register your card to be able to get the 5 pound top up which takes almost a week ansd is a bit annoying..as £10 is the min top up by card

The internet is really fast here...basically you can keep up with all your webmail surf this site no probs for example and you can use free skype as well and it really good quality much better than my pc.....iv ebasically ditched my laptop as a result

all in all considering you basically only need to top up a £5 every tree months and the speed of service...I'm reallly impressed with three:thumbsup:

The deal confuses me.

GoMobile asks for my bank details to pay the 99p. Are they going to charge me like a Pay Monthly? As this sim is not Pay as you go. Is the 99p a one off payment? As I am only interested in the free tenner and dont want to be on 3 for good.

I agree. If your phone can transmit data with this SIM (ie., surf the Net). then why would a dongle not do the same?

Yeah, I use them in dongles. You can purchase internet bundles on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
#38
And again i would say ive found 3 to be the best overall for dongle usage.

Not the fastest or stableist

But on price/performance/features it wins.

Not saying your thick or anything, but you did enter the "long" SIM number from the simcard itself and not the actual phone number didn't you? :whistling:
