Wife has Stocked up on ready meals from Morrisons. (Love em or hate em) they aren't too bad either.
Tagliatelle & Lasagne ready meals Should be £1 each but scanning through at 3 for 53p? Bargain. (Gosport - Could be all over).
I'm sure you'll vote cold if you don't like ready meals but you can't argue this is a bargain.

Ready Meals eugh. They probably cost even less than that to produce.

By the way, it's been all over in Gosport for a long time now.

Im not saying eat these for dinner everyday for goodness sake, as something quite when you are rushing in and out of the house they are handy.

Some of the food snobs on here are shocking.

chill!! iamking wasn't suggesting that people would be eating these for dinner every day!! You've made that assumption yourself.

Of course, as you point out, they're not to be eaten every day...I therefore assume that you agree with the "eat fresh - stay healthy" comment!

i went to morrisons, put them in my basket, headed to the till and then thought 'actually these look gross' and put them back again. even at 17p each i couldnt bring myself to eat them

At least with ready meals, the injected water found in most of our wonderful 'fresh' meat has already been boiled out.

not bad for those that work shifts and need a meal to heat in the staff room at work, but anyone who considers feeding these to children should be imprisoned

Big deal, a bit of cows heart, chicken skin and pork rind! Not exactly healthy but probably not as as bad as some of the crap you would get in a high street fast food outlet!

I work in one of the factories that produce these and can tell you we fill most of them up with all sorts, chickens feet, cows eyes with eyelashes attached, bulls and pigs private parts and we often put human and animal excrement into them. Also the pasta has been known to be 67% human flesh. There was one time I remember when a little Yorkshire man in a very smart pinstripe suit came in and jumped onto the mash making machine that tops the shepherds pies off and opened his fly and did a wee into the pulped potato shouting and laughing 'every little helps - does it!!'. I later found out that it was Ken Morrison.

Voted hot as my kids live off these!

These are great for help with weight loss due to specific calorie information. And very edible too. Saves me cooking for one after 10 hours of work
