But for those that can keep their data under 512MB then this is pretty good (I'm considering this). Turning my mobile data on only when you need it saves battery and allowance. Most of the time I have Wi-Fi at work and home, and Wi-Fi uses much less power than mobile data.

Feature phones = 2G basic phones?

TPO piggybacks off 3 network, so wouldn't work on those.
