Fast falling out with Voda... Been promised a call back about extending/upgrading contract - or as I origonally asked for, going on a 1 monthly contract which had more mins for far less money. Had no word for weeks so decided to get a PAC code and look elsewhere. Guess what?!? No PAC code after nigh on a fortnight!

I've also taken free monthly trials with them before and when cancelling have been told I need to cancel in writing when they told me I could do it over the phone when I took their offer. To make things worse they claimed to have never recieved my letters and as such been charged for months of something I never used.

Complete merchants!?!

On this basis I'm afraid that however free the trial might be I can't vote hot for anything with Voda in the title!!!

Unfortunately I understand Thunderbolt's position all too well as I've been lied to by Vodafone aswell.
Currently locked in to a 12 month contract on an "price plan upgrade" that i never agreed to.

This company are either using their clout to con people or have a lot of very unscrupulous staff... Beware!

(I was with Tiscali 8MB broadband that time)

Slightly off topic but I had a call today offering me 12 month contract 200min + 250 texts at £12.50. And choose from one of these...

SE 890
Nokia E65
Samsung L810 - which I can't find any info on!
Nokia 6550 Classic

Not the best phones, but it shows what happens once you request a PAC... I'd been paying £25 basic for this before with a N73!
