As correctly said by Donnie H get a steel one (which are very cheap from Asian supermarkets) and season it. To do this you need to wash it really thoroughly in hot soapy water to get all the protective mineral oil coating off it. Then put it on the heat and wait for it to totally dry out (you will see steam come off the metal then it will start to discolour). Then wipe some groundnut oil into the inside surface and heat again. It will start to blacken. Repeat a few times and you are ready to cook. As you use it the dark coating will get better and more non-stick with age but remember:
1. never scrub the inside coating with an abrasive cleaner and clean it back to the metal - the black stuff is good; it's your non-stick coating
and
2. always rinse the wok after use and dry it on the stove before coating with a thin film of oil.
I've had the same wok for 25 years - it looks dreadful but is great to use.

The fact that you season it properly by impregnating the surface with oil.
Tefal are the vest woks I have come across, things simply wont burn on them.

I have no idea why you refer to Morrisons.
Just stating that the cost is not £7.65 if that's all you buy, and p&p has to be added into the title. That's how it usually works on here!!!
