Might be okay but unless you are moving out soon and leaving it I would go for a decent one, these are the ones you see in gardens leaning over with the arms out of sync.
Brabantia are the best imo for price against quality .... :)

Have you got a price for one of them

80 quid for a washing line?!?!

Is this for "Washing enthousiasts"? lol ;)

Brabantia is certainly the best.. but how many are prepared to fork out 10x price of a normal airer ?

Argos deal is HOT for the price :)

I've used a cheap galvanised circular clothes line for years without any problems except for having to change the line when I thought that it might break.

It doesn't matter what type of circular clothes line you use, it's only as good as it's weakest point - usually the ground support. In my case I've used a 30" metal fence spike as a support, with a piece of wood inserted, in which I've drilled a suitable sized hole for the post.

It would seem from the picture that you can raise the arms by pulling on a cord. If that's the case you might want to consider not using that facility as it puts extra strain on the arm supports.

i got cheapy one from argoos a year ago. its fine once in the 'aired' position, but you gotta break your neck to get it over the clip!!
so if you don't plan to lower it, i guess it'll do!
they used to do a ground spike for £1.99 & i need another, anyone know if its still available? just done a search but cant find!
