No mention that this is at Aria, so the usual high delivery charges apply, £29.95 ( and possibly VAT on top of the £29.95 ) estimated !!!!!

It put me off seeing under a nice picture of TV "Stock may vary from picture. Retail pictures do not guarantee retail stock" in very small print, so what do you get?
#3
You get ripped off, that's waht you get. Avoid this dealer like the plague. Seriously bad customer service.
#4
Hmmm, sounds like the same tv that I got my girlfriend last year - the picture keeps flickering! (Digimate is not on the top of my list of manufacturers to buy from...)

Wouldn't go near either Aria or Digimate. **** monitors and even worse customer service from Aria.

Thanks guys, I was considering ordering one.... but after my own post was shot down probably for the best that I didn't!

Aria has probably the worst customer care service of all online retailers, and almost certainly the highest delivery charges.

clint thrust

Agreed. They frequently mis quote specifications and get pictures wrong. Then you have a nightmare returning things and refunds take ages (and many many phone calls). Customer Service staff promise things they NEVER deliver etc..........

Even Overclockers.co.uk (who are truly hopeless) are better than this lot.

The deal is HOT but the retailer is not.

It appears I'm not the only one that has suffered at the hands of the dreaded Aria Taheri!

Still, if I can convince one person that shopping with Aria would be a mistake, my job is done!

I'm not running a hate campaign or anything like that but my advice is if you own or can obtain a barge pole don't go anywhere near Aria with it!

Got this TV from Dabs in January and i paid about £380. The spec looks right and the picture is close enough to what it actually looks like.

Its a good TV but considering what other people have said about Aria its prob best to try and find this somewhere else if you really want it.

Action speaks louder than words.

When you bring down your excessive delivery charges in line with other online retailers, then I may just return.

Until then, I will go elsewhere.

Aria were pants last time I ordered a monitor from them. It had 4 dead pixels so I returned it and had to wait 4 months for a refund which didn't include the shipping

I had a three month wait with yourselves for a replacement on two faulty items.
You do not answer the phone or emails and someone kept removing my posts from your Forum. It wasn't until I informed you I was going to take it up with my Credit Card Company that something was finally done.
Hell would freeze over before I'd use or recommend Aria.
