It's data only. so no text or phone minutes included

Hence Data Sim in title and no mention of mins / texts.

Very good offer for a Data sim :)

Says 32GB 4G data.... granted.
But should clearly state that it's DATA ONLY, no reason not to put this.
Suggest changing title to 32GB 4G Data Only SIMO - HALF PRICE now £14.50pm
I didn't realise until I clicked on the link, so fair to say it's a little misleading.

I bet you're the one that drives a 100 miles in the middle lane on the motorway...

It clearly says 'Data SIMO'. I don't see an issue but then again, I'm not an idiot.

Got this last time it was on offer. It may not be the case this time but with mine I get a 100 text allowance each month. Nothing major but saves having to switch out sim. Not long after activation I got a text offering 64 GB each month for 16.50 but was a 12 month contract. That also was posted on here. Cheers Si

I got the 64gb data sim last month for £16.50, although 1gb per day is more than enough

Not sure why the sad face, personally I would take the Three contract over EE - I prefer the network. Unless of course, EE signal is better for you? At least with Three you get Feel At Home and the other perks, and I find while their call centre is off-shore, their staff are impeccably polite and efficient.

Great deal - got it last time around. FR better service than 3 - I'm getting around 50Mbps speeds and whenever I need to speak to someone they are in UK and speak English. I was with 3 - they were a nightmare.
In terms of volume this is just right for us - we use it instead of broadband as the copper speeds where we live (rural) are abysmal. Got rid of the landline and line rental ages ago

Trust me you are going to regret it as data service with 3 is a nightmare. Allways hit and miss

Already on 25GB for £15pm 30 day contract, shall I take out this deal and cancel the 25GB or phone and see if they will switch?

Heat!
This is great value, it's just a shame that I'm stuck in a Plusnet broadband contract for the next 18 months, otherwise I'd take this, especially since data on EE is faster than Plusnet broadband!

who needs 32gb? Wow - 20gb SIM only offers about and that is so much data PCM!?

Guess this sim is useful for cars with data packs built in so you can connect live in the car on the move.

So I got this when it was offered at same price a few months ago.

EE said "Our fastest 4G" except it wasn't. There is 4G+ in my area and it wouldn't do it.
Then EE said it must be my phone (Samsung S7 which will do 4G+) and said 70mbits was fine, despite the fact that another friend also on EE with the same phone, in the same building got more than 120mbits.

People with dual SIM phones, can you use this along side a normal sim card?
#23
So just rang ee and after getting thru to someone that can help they told me its not possible to switch from the 25gb £15.00 tarriff so discconection notice in will just take this new deal out.

Just what I needed! Moving house tomorrow and there's a delay setting up the new connection.

Phoned them as I have an existing account, and they escalated it to some sort of manager. Confirmed that this is an online only offer, but they will honour it over the phone.

They wouldn't add a 10% off, but this is still a cracking deal.

Try again for the 10% off second line. I got rejected over the phone, tried live chat later that day and it was all set up no problems. With all these companies it depends on who you talk to on the day so try again. Cheers Si

Cheers for that. Will try them again later.

How much did Three charge for that?
I'm currently on unlimited data (4GB hotspot) for £15 but they've told me they're scrapping Tha deal and want me to pay £22/month for 30GB.
I don't use many minutes or texts but do use a lot of data...

I've been thinking about doing this as my line speed at home is a joke, less than 2mb/s, but I live miles from the nearest exchange. Could I ask what speeds are you getting?
getting 50 MB on a 64GB SIM and its excellent compared to the BT "superfast" broadband I had before. Now just waiting for 128GB deal.

Genuine answer - people who've moved house or are in the process of moving - I had a 16GB rolling contract with EE for a couple of months when we knew we were selling, and it meant I didn't have to worry about the landline contract renewing or being locked into a crap deal. Or in a car as mentioned elsewhere.

Flippant answer - people who should spend more time interacting with other humans rather than staring at a phone screen :p

I have a dual SIM Honor 6.
I am about to leave EE as rip off deal compared to others which are currently about. I also have 2 Three data Sims not yet activated as I wasn't quite sure how they work in the second SIM slot which was where I plan to use them.
will I get a second phone number which is active when that SIM slot is prioritised?
also I didn't realise that if using two SIMs they could be with different providers?
any clarification appreciated.
thanks in advance
