Again no comments and voted cold...

Come on you guys/gals help people out here , if you vote cold give some sort of reason and/or let us all know what you have found elsewhere or why you have a problem with a post oO

Probably because you can get a 1.5 TB drive for the same money. Not sure how you'd put it in your phone though :D

Precisely ..

£15 cheaper than the last time I looked. Have some heat.
#5
As cheap as it gets for now. Personally, with 16GB prices around the £20, I'd wait, though.
#6
Yep, I agree, it ain't cheap, but it's the cheapest (non-copy) one I've seen so hot from me........
#7
Didn't someone once warn about puutting all your eggs in one basket?
banned#8
Shame this is getting so many cold votes.. it's the cheapest around.
#9
Good price, so heat added. It's probably getting so much coldness because class 2 SD cards get nothing but criticism round here.
#10
Thanks all the cold voters, I presume you know where to find it cheaper? so why not spill the beans :p
#11
this is hot for those who are looking. I personally decided to settle for a 16gb class 6 for less than half this but don't get me wrong its still good. Perhaps some people are confusing this with a standard SD card?

Come on guys, give him a break. If you want to put 32gb of data on your phone (after the Iphone 4 has 32gb) then you'll want one of these and this is a good price.

So why all the negative votes, just because you don't want the particular product doesn't make it a bad deal. I personally don't have any use for ladies underwear but I don't go round cold voting it ;)

think ppl find the gb per £ is a bit steep, and not if its the cheapest on the market. Not going to vote as this product is useless and a 16gb sd card is more than sufficient for me, and a lot cheaper

You're confusing useless, with useless for your needs.

Personally I have 17GB of music that I want to carry on my phone, so should I vote every 16GB card as cold? How about every wii game since I own an xbox???

If the deal doesn't apply to you than just turn around and walk away...

where did you get a class 6 micro SD 16gb from? and howmuch? Which brand? I beleive sandisk only go upto class 2 atm according to their websites. what brands do class 6? I am interested in buying one :D

To transfer the 29.8GiB over on a class 2, 32GB card will take ages. And for £70 it would have to be a class 4 or 6, at least, for me to be remotely interested at this price.

Actually just over 4hrs by my calculation.

30517.6 / 2 (class 2 = 2MB/s)
15258.8 seconds or 4.2hrs

Thats why the votes are cold.....

Well do it overnight then.....who gives a poo how long it takes to copy the files as long as they can be played ok...

Good of you to post though dave and state the reasoning for your vote. I think you give others to much credit though! I reckon there are a large and silent component on here who work on "that's cold, I'll add more cold" (Or equally "that's hot, I'll add more hot". For example the PS3 slim deals all over 500 degrees, despite being a near identical price across several retailers. Kinda suggests it's just the going rate ...)

Personally I posted a deal last night which was -120 heading south last time I saw it with no comments. I obviously did (and still do) consider it to be a good deal, but the majority of people won't even look at it (or ones like this) once the instacold voters get going. I reckon the cold feature is redundant, I've never used it, just vote hot on the things I think are good and ignore the rest. The spread should still be the same without it, but it would break the psychological barrier of people seeing a blue figure a skipping over it. Anyhoo doubt I'll post a thread again as who wants the hassle.

Oh and have some heat for finding the cheapest price on a product, the original raison d'etre of the site

your missing one important fact, the class system is an absolute minimum that a card will write at, you will find sandisk cards more often that not consistantly write at class 4 or class 6 speeds, that cuts your calculation down to 1 or 2 hours, really your not that busy you cant make time to do that

I think by far the biggest point he's missed is that IT ISN'T CHEAPER ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Class 2 may have sufficient speeds for your current device, but you may buy a phone with HD recording etc and class 2 may not read/write fast enough.

The fact that this may or may not be cheaper elseware is irrelevant. I, and others apparently, don't think that £70 for a class 2 card is a good deal.

I have posted deals that I thought were great and were the cheapest, but had low interest or cold votes, in their opinion it wasn't a good deal so I have to respect that. I obviously thought it was good enough deal to go to the effort of posting.
