This is a cracking deal for pork pie lovers..

There's a deal on at Tesco - usual price £1.50

Four good sized pork pies. These taste wonderful and are made with prime cuts of British pork with some nice spices. Made with fresh lard too so you can rest assured..

Can be deep fried, ovened or microwaved straight from the fridge.

Highly recommended for lunch boxes and anytime snacks. High protein content too.

Works out at 25p per corner.

Quick, offer ends soon!

It's all relative bruv.. And depends on the food discussed..

For minced lamb / beef, 23% is considered very generous..

For pork pies, this amount would be considered reasonable.. And i would argue up to around 50% would be OK, assuming a balanced diet and regular exercise.. (COI: I'm a big pork liver!)

Anyway, I'm no nutritionalist... I'll get my coat..

I love them both but Quorn is a much healthier option than a pork pie (_;)
Admittedly a pork pie goes better with a pint but it don`t taste so good in a curry :p

I think the vegetarians may refer the Quorn as well especially as the fat content is soo much lower (_;)
