These were in Southgate in the section marked 'SALE' and suspect that it's probably nationwide although someone else will be along at some point to confirm or deny that.

Makes a lot of sense especially if you have young school children who have to submit homework in pencil.

I do, so I bought some tonight.

Did anyone hear about the kid who was playing with a pencil and stuck it up his nostril. He slipped, and the bottom of the pencil hit the table. The pencil went up his in to his brain and he died.

I don't know why but this thread reminded me of that story.

Pencils last for years, though don't they. This is at least 35 years worth of pencils :-D

Great deal. No matter how many pencils I keep in the garage and toolbox I can never find one when it is needed.
