Order 36 bottles of either Vin De Pays Du Gers 2006 White wine or Domaine St Pierre 2006 Red wine, normal price £94.80

Marks and Spencers have a 20% off promotion until Sunday evening

Now use the WEBSS3C4 code to get £10 off an £80 spend on Hampers/Wine

The spend also qualifies for free delivery as the spend is over £30 by typing in the code FREEDELV

The price comes out at £65.84, just under £1.83 a bottle.

Never had a bad bottle of wine from Marks and Spencers. Seems like a bargain to me.

Benn looking to get a case of wine cheap for a while, and even though I didnt get this case I did buy some other wine that worked out at just over £2 a bottle after the free delivery etc. Wouldnt of done that without this link.

Thanks - heat added!
#2
M&S Wine offers are very worthwhile - genuine reductions unlike the Tesco 50% off twice the price kind.

Quidco 6% is also welcome...
#3
Superb deal! Just ordered 2 cases of white and 1 red. Heat and rep added!

hi

i see the reviews given are from way back in 2002 , cant believe M&S would keep stocking a wine over a 5 year period if was so bad. Anybody tried a bottle tonight.:santa:
#16
Ok the scare mongers or possibly savours have won, just cancelled my order before my garage was full of vinegar:?
#17
and you have 36 bottles of exactly the same wine to drink....
i think most of us would get pretty bored.
#18
Vin de Pays used to be our house wine when I worked at a liverpool chinese restauramt, they're not awful wines, you get what you pay for though.

At that price still good value as wine vinegar or coc au vin.
#22
I've tried the red, it's drinkable but not great. It is a matter of 'get what you pay for' although at less than £2 a bottle you are getting a good deal. IMO this is ok for a few bottles but you'd certainly get bored/sick of drinking this quality of wine over a long period (i.e. 36 bottles). I'll give it a miss.
#23
I didn't buy the vinegar, but thanks for pointing out the 20% off, £10 off and free delivery. 18 bottles of wine being delivered in time for Christmas ..... I think it will be very merry ;-)
#24
Thanks for pointing this one out - I went for a 12 bottle mixed case of the French 'gold label' (6 Chardonnay, 6 Cabernet Sauvgnon), and a 12 bottle case of Australian Lost Sheep Chardonnay.

Total price = £63.50
price per bottle = £2.62

It'll be a merry christmas in my house ! hic !
#25
Laithwaites wine is good quality and I recently combined a couple of their offers to get 24 bottles delivered for £51.
#26
I ordered winws from M&S once and they really were rubbish.
#27
I've just ordered 6 bottles of champagne
De Saint Gall Champagne Premier Cru Brut - Case of 6

for £56.80, plus over £6.50 in &more (M&S) vouchers and Quidco - I will have a Merry Christmas!!

Order total = 85.87
Less promotion applied = 10.00
Less wine promotion = 16.47

lesss 6% quidco 3.30 = £ 52.60 / 24 = £2.19 a bottle A BARGAIN!

So the "reviewer" openly admits they are tanked and usually drink baracdi and coke and then goes on to slate M&S wine after wobbling down the road?!. Gee, wonder If I should trust their opinion:whistling:
Have bought M&s wine for years. If you don't like it (for whatever reason) take the empty back and they will refund the money. At 20% off plus 6% Quidco it's probably cheaper than Asda's own and definately better quality.

Well anyone who drinks bacardi and coke (and quite substantial amounts of it too by their own admission) then goes 3 houses down to get a bottle of booze as it sounds the 'party' has run out as there has been a bit of a binge cannot really be relied upon to comment on good, bad or indifferent wines. He was probably trying his hardest not to be sick whilst uncorking it. And the typing was too good for someone allegedly in his drunken state. I think its sour grapes from an unhappy customer - probably one who gets M&S pressies for Xmas and takes them back Boxing Day for a refund. :-)
M&S stock quality wines - you get what you pay for yes but this is a genuine offer - no hyped prices just honest reductions in the face of an adverse market place at present - all retailers are suffering so they have to reduce prices and cut margins Just because one arrysolly doesnt like the taste of a particular wine (I bet he puts tomato sauce on his sunday dinner too!) doesnt mean a thing - try it - you won't get better/cheaper offers than this delivered to your door - and if you don't like it send it back. They have a fab returns policy.
