  Cheap toilet toll is false economy, because you end up using twice as much per wipe to get that same secure, cushion effect!
  
  Get some Izal medicated toilet toll if you want to save money. That way, you'll use work or public toilets for your number twos rather than suffering a red raw ring! (_;)

  Home Bargains do a brand called Nicky - It's quilted 3-ply and I think it equals the "premium" brands. It's around £1 for 4 or £2.99 for 18.

  No they don't .......I actually buy even cheaper toilet roll than this. We get through at least one roll per day ok. So, lets say I buy the dear stuff right? Average price per Andrex toilet roll is 50p. So I'd spend at least £3.50 weekly, that's £14 per month on toilet roll. That's £168 minimum yearly and as we usually use one and a bit per day it probably amounts to £200 per year.
  
  So quite frankly, I have better things to spend my money on than waste it on stuff to wipe my A** !!!
