They claim this is the worlds lowest price, im sure if you find a cheaper one you could complain :giggle: And hopefully get it cheaper.

You forgot to mention the usual Aria rip off delivery charges, about £45 !!!

Which brings the price up dramatically.

one thing that also bugs me about aria is that they offer a no dead pixel check which means if you don't pay for this service then your likely to find yourself with one that they checked but has dead pixels. i prefer when buying from them to go to their trade counter and refuse opened boxes. i have done it twice and both times it was clear the boxes had been opened....

shame abit the rip off postage charge

Thanks for the post. I've updated it to include the delivery charge, which we always try to show here. :)

I bought a case from aria it had no additional packing and was damaged in delivery. I applied for an rma and requested they collected the item as it was damaged in transit and not really my responsibility to lug it to a post office. No response. I complained to google checkout and they gave me a phone number to call which put me in a queue for about 15mins and I gave up. Disgusting after-care and truly useless company. I would not touch them with a barge pole now especially for a larger item like this.

Took me 5 weeks to get £59 refund for an item that hadnt even been dispatched.

I threatened to take to a small claims court, within 48 hours my money had been replaced in my account

Hmmmm

I was interested at first but by the looks of your guys experience I'll give these cowboys a miss :)

Hi, Agree completely. Aria's postage charges are absolutely ludicrous in fairness. eBuyer are able to ship products like these on a free delivery on their super-saver option so surely Aria can ship for let's say £10.00-£12.00. Otherwise a good post.

What are you all complaining about? They charge a fortune for delivery yet people still shop with them.

The very same people complain about how pik3y & cr4ppy Tesco is and they're still there every saturday doing the weekly shop.

If you don't like the price then don't pay it - that's called consumer power.

Thing I hate about Aria is the insistance on highlighting the before VAT price!!

I think the point is that you don't know the total cost until you try to check out. They try to lure customers by offering a "great" price and you end up losing your time. Not exactly fair practice

Agreed, it is the sneaky tactics / outrageous delivery charges and abysmal service that puts me off of them.:x

My god that's pretty good going it's been 11 months & I am still waiting for a £53 refund from them for a faulty USB memory stick I purchased from them in Sept 2006! :x

The whole c/svce issue there is a farce! You end up waiting for 15-20mins to get thro' to someone & when you finally do they fob you off with their usual patter to get you into thinking the refund back to your c/card is on its way, weeks later when your c/card stmt comes along - NO refund :x

Don't think i have dealt with aria on a casual basis. Company is about as bad as Ebuyer for poor c/support, but i have to say Ebuyer is slowly improving

Sorry had to get my two pennies worth it
