Looks exactly like the Hannspree. Good price for a middle-of-the-road set. Power consumption is high, so a chunk of your savings will be offset against running costs. Doesn't say anything about the length of warranty. Hannspree is usually 2 years collect service but I'm not sure about Elinox. I would enquire about that before purchase.

and here's a slightly worrying query in AVForums...

http://www.avforums.com/forums/lcd-televisions/715349-elonex-37-lcd-tv-lt37f3v1.html

Anyone seen any reviews from someone who has had this for a year or so?

Here is a wee review from an Irish website - http://m.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=57983155#post57983155

one from Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Elonex-LCD-Television-Ready-Black/dp/B000W4H566

To be honest I'm not sure if these are for the same TV, but you never know.

I have a 47" Pioneer Plasma myself, but for £300 it might be worth a pop as a spare for the PS3. If I decide to go for it I'll send a review.

You are quite correct, I believe they went into administration in June 2006, got sold to a printer cartidge firm, when into administration again in September 2006 and was finally sold to an ex-IBM exec who has relaunched the brand.

As someone who used to work with Elonex PCs I can only say that their build quality is really poor and I would trust them as far as I could throw one of their TVs (if it didn't disintergrate in my hand first).

I see they are back on a deal again - on the home page of the UKDVDR site for anyone interested.
