Stores run out very quickly so we buy 5 or 6 bottles and freeze it.

yes, I've been buying the 3 litre bottles of Creamfields milk from Tesco for a couple of months or so now.

Never seen it in our Tesco, there isnt a space for 2 litres which price seems to vary from one week to the next

It seems to go off quicker than normal milk in my experience.

Sainsburys do 4 pints of 1% for £1 usually too.

Whats with the 0.75% fat label ?

What was wrong with the easy to understand whole/semi/skimmed

Is this Euro-waffle?
#8
It's a new semi semi skimmed type that's inbetween the skimmed and semi skimmed. I like it because I can cut down on the fat while having something that tastes better than that awful skimmed.

It does worry me how they can offer such a low price for 3 litres. Poor farmers must be getting ripped off.

This has been posted on here in the past few weeks, at this price.

I totally agree with the above poster, the poor farmers are getting utterly ripped off at this price.

poors cows must be getting their udders ripped and bleed into the milk for the farmer to sell at this price and Tesco to make their usual 25% mark up.

Is it not still 65p for 2L?

EDIT: Just checked and it is so it's marginally cheaper to buy 2L (and they fit in most fridges better).

I wouldn't try posting that, look what happens when you do.

This is actually a by product of milk which means the farmers are still being given the usual price for milk. Similar to Skimmed milk which is also a by product
