Good find and price, much cheaper than replacing a headlight unit. I myself used a few bits of used very fine graded sandpaper with a polish of tcut then some toothpaste and the job was done, as good as new again. Cost me a lot less than this good deal. Handy if you already have these bits in your sheds if not the 3m is ok.

I used some wet'n'dry abrasive (3 grades, 1000, 1500 and 2000) and a small bottle of Rustin's burnishing cream, £2.45 from Axminster. The wet'n'dry did most of the work - use the first one rubbing horizontally, the second vertically and the finest one horizontally again. I was amazed how much crud it removed.
The burnishing cream is a fine polish/abrasive to add the final shine to the headlight. You'll need an electric drill with polishing mop to get the best effect.

Never thought of doing this and now I know of this product. I still won’t be using it :p

From reading the reviews you'll also need to buy a sealer otherwise the problem returns within a few weeks. Tempted, but would need to know how much a sealer costs.

I did my headlight before the MOT in March. It's still bright and sparkly in July
