Great price. I had the misfortune to get some poundshop tape last week (15m), it was the worst stuff I've ever used.

If you want to risk really sore nips peeling the strong adhesive off.

Duck tape.

It's neither green (like the original "duck" tape) nor made by Duck. So it's duct tape.

Not least because that's what 3M call it. And as they made it, they can name it.

there isn't much that can't be repaired with a combination of duct tape and cable ties!

Great price - perfect for keeping horse bandages in place! Thanks

Like with Vacuum cleaners though, there is always going to be an element of society that blanket term, like Hoover, Jeep etc.

I bought some black duct tape off the Net a while back and the best thing I've used it for so far is for blocking various flickering LEDs/displays that were irritating me. My Humax sat PVR ludicrously scrolls info across its display, proving highly distracting whilst watching TV. A strip of duct tape fixed that!

A similar strip covered all the frantic bright blue flickering 6-LED lights on the top of my Asus wireless router - it was like a disco show on the ceiling with the room lights turned off. You suspect manufacturers never actually test their equipment in a dark room to see how much light pollution it generates. Even my USB 3 external disk enclosure has a massively bright blue LED on it for no discernable reason whatsoever...it'll be getting the duct tape treatment next...

This wasn't as good quality as I was expecting from 3m, the black (or silver depending on the colour) top layer seems to come away from the netting/adhesive quite easy and it doesn't seem as sticky as other duct tape ive used previously. Made being stored in a cold garage for a month buggered it?
