Used to be lovely until they started brewing it here, watered down Tennants/Carling.
#3
It used to be 4.8% and they changed it to 4.1% and it tastes rank
#4
Nice bottles though....

b0ll_0x_ it's brewed here now...since when..this use to be lovely stuff when imported
#6
The genuine imported stuff is good, this brewed-in-UK bilge isn't.

Nice price but agree it is truly tasteless
#8
Or you can get 4x550ml bottles of Newcastle Brown Ale for £5, which i did.

Brazilian beer - yeah...

Water from the Amazon by any chance?
#9
Decent price on the Newcastle. Although still drinking my £1 bottles from netto :)

Supermarkets are doing a lot more of this. They sell decent imported lagers, they get popular, get a license to brew here and seamlessly stick them on the shelves. Same thing happened to Asahi. In my opinion, the UK beers are poor in comparison.

even the imported stuff was tasteless - at least the UK brewed version tasted horrible
