Recently been to Buda and brilliant place, very clean, friendly and cheap!

Will add a list of thing to do in OP

Situated along the banks of the River Danube, the Hungarian capital is divided into two halves: Buda and Pest. Be sure to take in some of the iconic sites along the river including the grand Parliament building and Buda Castle which is home to an impressive collection of Hungarian art. Take time to pause and reflect at the Shoes on the Danube Promenade Memorial, a moving tribute to the Jews who were killed by fascist Arrow Cross militiamen during the Second World War. No trip to Budapest would be complete without a trip to one of the city's famous spas. The Széchenyi Thermal Bath, built in 1913, is one of the most popular with visitors and locals alike!

Included
2, 3, or 4 nights at the Expo Congress Hotel****
Daily breakfast
Access to the hotel's spa
Return flights with Ryanair from Manchester, Bristol or London Stansted OR with easyJet from London Gatwick
Hand luggage: 1x cabin bag per person
Expo Congress Hotel****

2 nights from £89pp
3 nights from £99pp
4 nights from £119pp

All above depend on dates you go

Things to do

G1 go-karting (very cheap around £5 per go and approx 15 laps iirc)

https://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-s/0a/03/fe/84/g1-gokart-center.jpg which is situated in a disused shopping centre (Dawn of the dead style)

Pinball & Arcade museum (you need to do this!) we loved it.
Was around £7 each to enter and everything is free (no time limit)

That happened to my mate, I haven't seen him since actually. They tied him up so he wouldn't off his chair whilst eating, can't remember the name of the place, he did say it was called Last Meal or something like that.

I don't know how much the Hoppa is but I got a taxi when I arrived and it was over twice the cost of taking an Uber.

I booked an apartment for 5 Nights for £132. Place is silly cheap for the most part.

Love Budapest . If you are flexible with dates you can still get some great deals with the low cost carriers then just use something like travel republic to book hotels

Agreed, I met my current "girlfriend" in Budapest in May. Shes from Serbia which is their neighboring country but she is better looking and mannered than most of the girls here in the UK.

Not everyone's cup of tea, but if it is.... There is a great firing range were you can try almost every type of Pistol / Machine Gun / Rifle etc.

It's also my favourite city due to all the lovely people there.
