Looking for something like this. A mixed bag of reviews on the Aldi website (https://www.aldi.co.uk/p/69803/0) but then it is a low price. Some say its great and others complain about the app and poor quality video at night.

Without hesitation, I purchased x3 for twelve cameras to monitor my 'dog' whilst absent from my domain. You have my cordial gratitude, chap.

This systems biggest plus is the deterrent value of the cameras being visible to would be intruders, because the recorded images will not be very good, I have been down this road before and if you want a good system you get what you pay for. I use an easy to setup Hikvision ''POE'' power over ethernet system with 2 x 3mp cameras and 2 x 6gb hard drives and I can record 25 days of digital video at the highest resolution and with movement and face detection on, this system has 4 cameras and 1gb of storage and records 24 days of analogue video with 15m night vision !!!!! it won't believe me. Get a good system, one that allows you to add to it bit by bit, start with the NVR and 1 or 2 cameras and you will have a proper security camera system with plenty of support from the manufacturer and the online forums. If your home is worth protecting is a £69.99 system really the way to go ?

I replied, but HUKD didn't post it even though I didn't reference any vendor sites.
