Well as I noticed another post about a book series it jogged my memory to post this series that I started a couple of weeks ago. Here to start is a omnibus which includes the first three books of the series plus a prequel, this series then goes on to a 10 book series and is fantastic, if you like fantasy type novels then I promise you wont be disappointed.

The novels have a good fluent story line and engaging characters with plenty of fantasy to dream about. If you like to get your teeth stuck into a good book series then give this a try. I havent stopped since and am now on book 9 with no slowing, I wont lie ill be saddened when this series ends. And what is better is how much you get to start. I really hope some others get into this and enjoy this series as much as I have.

Blurb -

RIDMARK ARBAN was once a Swordbearer, a knight of renown. Now he is a branded outcast, stripped of his sword, and despised as a traitor.

But he alone sees the danger to come, and undertakes the dangerous quest to stop the return of the Frostborn.

You may want to check out the top reviews on Amazon - they criticise the bad grammer, repetitive text and short length of the four books. I decided not to buy.

NEVER let any of those things get in the way of a good story. For 99p, give it a go. Who knows you may end up agreeing with the OP and myself that JM writes exceedingly good books. I suspect that you may also agree that, if we all liked the same things, life would be so boring.

Worth a punt at 25p a book

When books do not have a paperback equivalent, alarm bells start ringing. 99% certain this is self-published dross.

Such certainty over something you know nothing about. Until you have read these there is no way you could make that assumption.

OK - tried it. I'm now 100% certain it's self-published dross. Shame I can't cut and paste a sample paragraph to prove my point.
