Not a bad price for a 'real' snow indoor place, I believe.
Not big on this sort of thing, only having been snowboarding a couple of times at similar places before. Not an amazing experience compared to 'real' slopes I'm sure, but a this time of year and for beginners like me, should be fine.

Deal carries on 'till the end of may.
You can use it 9am - 7pm, but this means you must start before 3pm to get the offer.

Went yesterday and all was fine. Watch out for the non-refundable £1 locker fee - I just sat my bag with no valuables in on top of the lockers and it was fine.

Just turn up and ask for the offer.
You do need to be up to a 'recreational' standard which means linking turns. Having not done it much, I took it very easy on the first couple of runs - a member of staff 'had a word' with me, but was fine to see that I could do it after a few runs.
Board/ski and boot hire is included, but remember to bring other stuff - I used motorbike trousers, jacket and gloves fine.

Offer applies to all three locations and is the same for kids.

Normal price is £33 for 2 hours, don't know about more if they do that.
Can be used on weekends too obviously, as per using it yesterday!

Does this place have a travellator like Tamworth, or button drag lifts?? If it's buttons then 4 hours would be a killer, especially on a snowboard!
#5
It has button lifts, which means that you don't have to keep taking your board off like you do at Tamworth or ripping your arms out on the rope pull that they have there.
I live very close to Tamworth but rarely go there because the snow is crap, the best place by far is Chillfactor in Manchester :) (although I do like it that Tamworth has boxes and a little jump for doing some tricks on)

Oh, as far as the locker is concerned, if you're a regular, you can get those 'trolley coins' from various places for 30p-40p each....

I've just risked leaving a few bits on top of the lockers and been fine - ie boots, drink and now snowboard bag. Just take in a £10 note for hot refreshments and leave the phone etc in the car. (Yes, I'm a cheapskate :) )
I was finding my front thigh seemed to be getting a bit tired on the button lift towards the end when I went on Monday (got myself a set of secondhand snowboard kit on ebay so was getting used to that too) but otherwise ok.
