Why would you want to shoot Santa with paintballs?

It doesn't say how much the extra paint is either, you'll be shooting near 600 balls over the course of a day and the paint can be in excess of £10 a 100. So a good volley at Santa will cost you an additional fiver.

I can't imagine this will save you much over the course of the day, the entry fee is only a small part. And paint balling in the cold and wet is no fun at all. Take a thermos full of hot coffee and many many layers. Getting hit by paintballs generally hurts anyway, let alone when you're cold.

But fair play to them making an effort to attract customers.

I went paintballing last December and ran into 1 very big problem: because it was so cold the mask would steam up completely and you wasn't able to see anything! Still good fun, but thought I'd let everyone know.

Best time of year to go paintballing - all that mud and pools of water make for a softer more cushioned landing! Just dont forget to take a change of clothing and have to drive home in your gear, like I did, uuurrghhhh! Budget around £30 for the day and its one of the best days out you can have imho!
