These are poundland so these will be reject beans of some sort..Either cooked to long or not cooked enough so they will be hard, or some such problem with them, they will still be edible but they will have something thats not quite right with the batch, thats why Poundland have them!

I know stuff most general public haven't a clue about, I'll say no more though..(_;)

Rubbish!!! , how likely is it that the manufacturers would knowingly sell produce that would damage the brand.

I've seen some daft comments today, but this takes the biscuit!

Branston beans are quite often 4 for a £1 in tescos, asda etc

These have been same price in iceland for years

they have a distinctive taste, I'm happy with any other beans but not keen on these
