Not in Asda Sheffield - I saw this deal and dashed off down there as I need about 100 for my upcoming wedding reception. Boohoo :(

I bought the 6 for £2.00 ones recently which I think is an on-going offer (including champagne flutes). They are a lovely heavy glass that won't break easily and I have been very pleased with them.

Sounds a good price for everyday wine glasses, but no use to me as I'm still trying to get rid of all those free glasses from buying petrol in the 1970s X)

I bought the hi-ball glasses for the same amount - 6 for £2. They are great glasses except that after a while they go cloudy if you put them in the dishwasher. Still, they are cheap enough to buy some more.

Have bought these myself - excellent price but worth noting that they are very small glasses.

Hi, is there a larger pic? And do they have any measurement markings on them?

Cheers.

have you got a majestic wine warehouse near you?

just buy 12 bottles of wine from there and you can hire as many glasses as you want for free. You pay £1 deposit per glass when you hire them and you get this back when you take them back.

We recently had our wedding reception and hired about 200 glasses from them - we broke 3 - so cost us 3 quid.

Waitrose and sainsburys amongst other supermarkets will hire glasses out for free. Breakages cost a quid each, and you'll have to leave a deposit at some places.

I reserved approx 800 glasses for me wedding reception like this..
