the sausage rolls contain only 16% pork, which makes me think what the hell is in the rest of it!?
#6
I've started looking at things like pies and sausages and sausage rolls to see how much meat is in them.

And if the sausage roll is only 16% meat is that pure meat or a mixture of meat and filling in the meat ?

It's not just price that counts, quite often things can be made cheaper but sometimes you want something that is edible rather than thrown away after one bite.

then just get PORK sausage if it says PORK it has to be a particular amount of meat in it

Or don't buy them at all. They are not forcing you to. Maybe avoid the 50p buns as well unless you're planning to break some windows.

If you think they taste OK then 50p is a good price.
