Not bad, but if you have a Home Bargains nearby, I got a 300ml bottle of hand sanitiser for 39p. Can't remember the brand as it's at work.

I only recently talked a friend out of habitually using these products every five minutes by pointing out that a simple wash is just as effective without the risk of contracting dermatitis or skin cancer through constant unprotected contact with strong alcohols.
Definatly not something that I'd use.

Heat added

This is Made in China.

There are certain things I wouldn't mind from China like my iPhone or Computer but I would be very warey of skin care products regardless of whomever sells them on.

Very Useful for me, as I've inherited a house where the 'buy to sell' former owner had converted a cupboard into a downstairs toilet... without washbasin. (_;)

Saw an advert for an automatic hand soap dispenser which said that you get germs on the top of the pump so to avoid getting those germs on your hands they came up with a automatic dispenser i nevermind the fact that your washing your hands straight after !!! i think stuff like this is insane i mean we have immune systems for a reason, as long as you wash your hands a few times a day its more than enough the only place stuff like this is needed is in hospitals

Can't find online or in my local store, would have purchased for Silverstone camping this w/end.:(

Chuck Norris is correct. I think domestos have recently won epic battle with the last 0.1%. I bought some bleach the other day that said "kills all known germs". I could barely contain my excitement.

Good deal if you wanna be extra clean and bug free, heat added!

Sometimes it's not always possible to wash your hands when you're out,i use this type of thing say for example i've been out and about and then eat some chocolate or something,i'd rather know my hands were a bit cleaner using one of these before eating.

This stuff smells absolutely awful - honestly, it gives you a headache is so vile.
You'll end up washing your hands 10 times trying to get rid of the smell - and still won't.

Avoid at all costs, I'd rather juggle ebola than have this stuff on my hands again.

not in my local

I saw this advertised too and thought the same! Surely if you are touching the top of the pump you are just about to wash your hands anyway! What a useless product!

Worked fine for me at Glastonbury, I lasted 4 full days before getting the 2 bob bits which I thought was quite good.

Why pay extra for carex? It's only alcohol gel at the end of the day nothing fancy.

If you think about the germ thing too much you would go mad. The crazy way public toilets are designed.

1: Go to the toilet, putting germs all over your hands; 2: put clothes back on; 3: unlock/open door, depositing germs on door; 4: Turn on the taps, putting more germs on taps; 5: Wash hands thoroughly, cleaning them of all (99.9%?) know germs; 6: turn taps off, putting all the germs from the taps back on your hands; 7 Open main door, depositing loads of germs onto door and receiving loads of other people's germs. 8: leave happy covered in germs!

I have seen places (20 years ago, so the technology is there) where there is a foot operated device which turns the taps on. Councils/companies are too lazy/or stupid to do it properly!

Some public toilets have taps that turn on when you put your hand under them,so you don't touch them,i hate using public toilets but if i must i use my sleeve to open the door on the way out incase i pick up more germs, and don't get me started on wheelie bins,i wish they had some sort of device that opened it without you touching it.

The thought of all the germs on the lid after it's been tipped up inside the bin wagon with all that dog **** etc that must be in there ewwwwwwwwww so many people don't wash their hands after putting rubbish in the wheelis bins,it goes through me i have to wash my hands if i've touched it.

Yes i'm a germ freak lol

If you aren't exposed to a certain amount of germs then you won't gain any resistance to them. So you need a balance :)

How much alcohol is in this?

We need some germs to build up the immune system or could end up paying for it in old age

Why? You want to drink it? I don't think you can get high on it apart from the [email protected] smell it leaves behind - but you definitely can't taste the alcohol in it. X)
