Good price for hybrid cells that remain charged for many months so are suitable as a replacement for disposables in virtually every application. Cheaper than the 7dayshop "Good to Go" ones which I've bought before, but of course those include postage so only get these if your total order value is >£50 to get free delivery.

As stated, these are only an offer if you are already ordering with ebuyer so postage doesn't really matter.

YEAH Actually thats a FAIR point FORGOT about the AAA option !?

Yes, all the hybrid AAAs seem to be 800mAh and I don't believe the stupidly high figures some cells claim to have anyway - I bet there's a compromise such as reduced number of charge cycles. Megapixel figures all over again...

Unfortunately the AA equivalents are not good value.

I really think the headline price needs to include the postage for consistency. Calling it a filler item strikes me as a weasel way of trying to make the deal more attractive than it really is.

Except that it is a hot deal when it is a filler item, which is precisely why I bought it. I placed an order with ebuyer which was less than £50 so had to pay postage. I then searched around and found these batteries which are damned good value if you don't have to pay postage. I'm not being weasely - I am reporting exactly what I did, to help out other people, not to glorify myself. If I had read this post from someone else when I was looking for ebuyer filler items, I would have saved myself a lot of searching around. It's perfectly clear from the title that you're not going to get a single set of batteries for that price on its own. Oh, and I also made it perfectly clear in the description what you have to do to get these at this price - and even the alternative if you can't! Why not suggest to the management of this site that they have a special category for filler items?

I understood the point and don't doubt that the product may be good. I just feel there needs to be some consistency on how headline prices are posted on here.

I'm not going to fall out with you over it - just making a general point for how the site should operate.

Good post!
