So these are all sung by cover artists, not the real bands? looks like it by the "originally performed by..." thing
#2
I don't think this will be the only 80s album you'll ever need, as by the looks of it, none of these are the original tracks, but re-performed by 'The 80s Allstars', shame as there would've been some good tracks there.

So, sorry, cold from me, as you can by those 100 hits 80s collections with 100 'original' tracks for £5 most of the time, such as this one posted last week...

Any OP that starts with "Word Up!" deserves to get heat, 80s Allstars or no 80s Allstars.

K-Tel, yeah, they did loads of compilation albums (still got some of my 70s/80s ones on vinyl), but if you didn't have enough pocket money, you could always buy one of those cheap Top of the Pops albums out of Woolworths, which were usually on bright coloured vinyl, and like this album, by cover artists, hence cheaper. And then of course, you needed your classic RONCO record cleaner to look after them all!

Are you sure where the fail is here?

may well have been released in '89 but this is most definitely a 90's tune, plus your wiki link says released august '90. Certainly should never appear on a top 40 80's tracks, duran duran, a-ha perhaps.

did you even read my post, forget it
#14
why are you arguing this point? As I said I know its was recorded and first released in 89 but It IS known by everyone as a song from the 90's as it only became famous after its te-release. This place really grates on me when you have ***** like you that feel they need to argue every needless point for the sake of getting one up on people, take a day off.

its deffo you
