I have had protein powder/bars months out of date. No ill effects. Is a lot of soy in ingredients though if that bothers anyone.
#4
Lots of soy because soy is cheap. No mention of the type of whey (isolate or concentrate), bulking agent used...inferior ingredients is probably the reason why these bars weren't selling in the first place.

these are flapjacks not protein bars..... the flapjacks are a lot higher in carbs. the protein bars are much lower carb (negative net carbs with approx 14g carbs, 25g protein and 14g fibre) and taste really nice. The flapjacks aren't a great taste imho.

Obviously it does.

It's exactly what it says.

Passed it's best before date.. The date where it's at its best quality is passed.

Each day that passes reduces the quality further.

Doesn't mean it's inedible, but to say it doesn't make any difference is just wrong.

Of course they contain some protein, all foods contain different macronutrients you are not going to find a protein bar that is 100 percent pure protein.
Ive eaten many protein bars before like this, flapjack etc never didnme any harm

You'll find all "protein" bars use soy. Surprising how many chumps that play at gym eat anything with a nice wrapper without reading what's in it. Jus sayin...
