Ok as long as you are not a gamer. The input lag on this is horrible but that's only a problem when gaming

same price, but has a few reviews left about it too.

I've got this tv and run my xbox one through and I've had no issue with input lag

Generally 4k are worse for lag. Because you don't notice doesn't mean it isn't there. Anyone seen the stats for this set .

how can you comment if you don't own this tv? Yet the guy above does and hes giving his honest opinion. Dont see how you can slate it tbh unless you've seen one in action.

Cheers for the info on xbox one running Sinser :)

Better off at John Lewis surely ? free 5 year guarantee and 99p cheaper

http://www.johnlewis.com/lg-42ub820v-led-4k-ultra-hd-smart-tv-42-with-freeview-hd/p1653110?s_afcid=af_47868&awc=1203_1419624504_7d5ffeb93ed3ea07bc427e0958513895#tabinfo-spcl-offr

Presume it's the same model but with a slightly different letter at the end so they can say it's a different one for price match purposes ?

It's this price (or less) pretty much everywhere, Tesco, John Lewis, Amazon, Very, Richer Sounds.

The lag is usually improved on LG TV's by changing the HDMI setting to PC

surely on a tv "noticing" is everything on a tv. if i dont notice then i dont give a ..

For input lag problem just rename console HDMI as PC and the TV should switch off all picture improvement engines (which are causing the lag), had the same problem with my lg 55lm960v. The trick is working on 100%.

this tv is cheaper on very...also if your a new customer you can get %10 off.

If you game on your set you will not 'notice' the delay. However you will realise you are getting whipped by everyone who sees your sorry butt ms earlier.

Rather than silly comments about personal perception anyone finding the lag timings would be useful.

Exactly. Just because you don't notice it doesn't mean it's not there.
Maybe those saying there isn't any lag don't know what to look for.

It's not really rocket-science. You move the stick. There's a noticeable delay in your screen updating.

And an even bigger delay when you see the enemy compared to when they see you. Compared to a monitor it'll be night and day.

Is this tv any good then
