This Philips TV doesn't look as amazing as the Panasonic deal i posted before xmas but it looks like one of the lowest priced bigbrand name HD ready plasma TV's i've seen and it includes Pixel Plus technology for improved clarity.

You can now buy this TV for just £699.99 (saving £600 from there old price) and there's also a £5 discount in the voucher table making it £694.99 but bare in mind there is a £30 shipping fee.

If you want 3 years warranty included instead of the standard 1 year, then you'll require to buy a XD card for £19.99, which allows you to receive 3 years warranty for anything you buy that costs over £200, which is a great offer, as i've seen the 3 year warranty for Plasma TV's cost anywhere from £200-£350.
As an additional bonus, Empire Direct will also offer you exclusive deals that are not offered to the general public.

Don't forget to go through Quidco to receive 2% cashback minus the VAT and delivery charge, so if you buy the TV and the XD card for £19.99, which will give you 3 years warranty and extra benefits, you'll receive about £11.80 cashback, making this total package

TV £699.99 - £5 voucher (£694.99)
XD card £19.99
£30 shipping - £11.80 quidco

total price £733.18

Hope that helps :)

cant seem to find any hdmi sockets in this one?
am i missing something?

According to Empire Direct, there's no info on my Panasonic Plasma TV's HDMI sockets either, i don't think they list the HDMI socket info on their site, which is stupid.

the only hdmi is via dvi to hdcp

Thanks for the pointer :) Looks nice but is a 2005 model I think, going by Amazon reviews. Although it does state HDMI connection on there.

see where it says 1024 x 1024i does that mean a progressive resolution image of 1024 x 512 ???

because the i after the 1024 stands for interlaced and usually you half that to get the progressive resolution
