Why? You use them to buy games, its not like you would expect to get a game free in a shop is it? Or have I misunderstood what you're saying here.

Anyway reserved at the local store, thanks. Not sure that the quidco works for reservations but I tried anyway.

Quidco tracks but at a value of £0.00

brilliant deal! HOT!

It would help you if you put where it is from in the title - or at least the description...

It does that when it knows there is a transaction but it needs to wait to confirm the amount.

So your saying they should give away these points, which you use to buy full games which take a lot of time and development costs? Some of the best 360 games are from the Arcade and at some of the most reasonable prices.

4200 points = Around 5 arcade games for 28 quid, thats a steal. You could double that amount of games if you only bought them when they go on sale.

Apart from XBLA games are rejected ideas tidied up a little and not definately not worth as much as they want eg 1200 and 1600 is a disgrace 400/800 is a little more reasonable and 200 for the likes of dig dug and all others is still pushing it a little. There are a few @1200 worth it but never @ 1600..

Both the Geometry Wars games are also very good particularly GW2. Darwinia+ is also an excellent game, it includes Darwinia and Multiwinia. Multiwinia is utterly fantastic, a total laugh. Darwinia itself is also good though it takes a little while to really get to the thick of it. It gets pretty awesome once you can use the armour vehicles and the darwinians can fight back themselves.

I'd agree that asking 1200 points for alot of the arcade games is asking a bit much but recently there have been a lot of good XBLA titles on offer. I got Trials when it was on offer for 560 points and its more than worth it. I think I've only ever noticed one for 1600 points, can't remember what it was though. 800 points for alot of the new games would indeed make them far more tempting on launch.

Last two in Telford centre reserved - good saving and heat added.

Trials HD is the crack of the gaming world, you just need 1 more go. Some good games coming up in the Summer of Arcade with the new isometric Tomb Raider title looking good.

Hot. Thanks.

Lol, rejected ideas? What are you talking about?

1200 is 10 quid, thats not unreasonable for a game like BF 1943, you could easy get 100+ hours out of it. Trials HD has so much replayability, its easy worth the 1200.

A lot of games are made for the sole purpose of the arcade, it gets rid of a lot of extra costs giving the less wealthy game developers a chance to get their games out. No packaging is needed, less marketing, if any, as LIVE shows off the new titles. I think your living in a dream world if you think your going to get such good games just given to you. Do you think game developers live on fresh air?

I second this! It's great fun! Flying the planes around and dropping bombs is impressive, to say the least!

I've been to Argos today after seeing this offer and bought a few. Thanks HotUKDeals... BUT! The other half is kinda peeved at me so I've gotta sell some. If no one can make it to Argos or if their out of stock in your area, I can PM you a code for the same price as Argos (£28.99). Bank transfer would be awesome!
