You don't get that version of Elite, you get an online code to activate the Elite service, no 4000 points with it. The one with 4000 points retails at £31.85, more than MW3!! This is the one you get free;

But it doesn't say anything about MS points. Maybe because its a service that's available on both Xbox and PS3 so it wouldn't specify MS/PSN points? But I'm still not sure. I mean its still a great deal without the points, but I'm not the biggest CoD player at the moment.
