Code taken out at checkout! :( Is it once only! (used for Borderlands 2.)

Possibly. You could always try clearing all of your cookies and stuff, or possibly create / use another account.

Just as I move on to the send order page I get

Your order could not be created, the applied voucher is no longer valid and was removed. Please check the basket and click the "Send Order" button again.

Existing customers can use too, but only once.

MW3 offer is better at Shopto, £29.86, and you get 4000 points free (cod branded elite card). Sell on MW3 new/sealed for £15-20, making the 4K points even cheaper. http://www.shopto.net/XBOX%20360/VIDEO%20GAMES/XB2CA33EX-Call%20of%20Duty%20Modern%20Warfare%203.html

You don't get that version of Elite, you get an online code to activate the Elite service, no 4000 points with it. The one with 4000 points retails at £31.85, more than MW3!! This is the one you get free;

That's awesome, but are you sure you get the 4,000 points? It says you get this free: http://www.shopto.net/XBOX%20360/VIDEO%20GAMES/DLCMW3ELITE-Call%20of%20Duty%20Elite%20Premium%20Membership.html

But it doesn't say anything about MS points. Maybe because its a service that's available on both Xbox and PS3 so it wouldn't specify MS/PSN points? But I'm still not sure. I mean its still a great deal without the points, but I'm not the biggest CoD player at the moment.

Also credit to the original poster, I'll add heat.

I am not too sure - however I can only see one type of code available at retail, and that's the one that shows microsoft points. If I am wrong then damn, as I ordered it myself expecting 4K ms points, but if not, I guess I'll make use of it still as I have yet to pick up any of the MW3 DLC, though nor was I planning to.
DeltaPapaOscar#10
You get 4000 ms points. The Elite package costs 4000 points. Is branded this way to entice people to buy it. There's no game included, merely just a code for you to have 4,000 points, which you can then spend on whatever you want.

Sainsburys deal better.
