that's a pretty good speed, i think the fastest drive on here currently is about 16mbps.

the 8gb is twice the price, which seems fair: http://www.cclonline.com/product-info.asp?product_id=8831&category_id=620&manufacturer_id=0

edit: 8gb is 6mbps write :-( well it says 31/12 in one place, then 6 in another....
Good deal... Corsair are a premium brand for those who don't know and they are much better than the cheap ones you can buy. Faster and much more sturdy.

Already have a 2GB version for the time being though so will wait until some larger sizes become faster and cheaper ;)
Would this be good for Ready Boost on Vista?
not sure if this supports readyboost, the GT version does as that's ~30mbps but twice the price....
