What is "U3 software"?

Its software on the USB memory stick that allows you to execute programs on the memory stick, such as SKYPE and anti virus problems. You can download and add programs to the USB drive.
Software you can get for U3

I got a 1GB version of the cruzer mini and it cost me more than this and it’s a brilliant USB flash drive.
I thought the 2GB Titanium mini cruzer was cheap as well.

Check this site out: http://www.techcrater.com/2007/04/05/readyboost-flash-memory-speed-list/

According to that site, it ranks as the 3rd slowest USB device on there!
