This has cropped up every few months - presumably as they find more stock - I think you will find it is a very few select 'clearance' type outlets - certainly has been in the past - so would be worth saying which "local" store to help SOMEONE else to potentially mop up those last few there.

They are identical in picture and sound quality but a fraction of the price.

I just connected a cheap second hand xbox hddvd to my dell and now im watching hd movies which work out at around £2 a pop on my nice 24" widescreen monitor.

hddvd is a cheap way to get into the HD scene, providing you don't want modern movies.

I applaud it.

When I upgrade my dvdrom in the near future I will be purchasing the LG drive that plays both formst and is also a dvd burner.
