5 Metre FLAT HDMI v1.4 Cable - £2.95 Delivered @ Crazy4Fones (through Amazon)
I was looking for a Flat 5m HDMI cable and this was the cheapest price I could find by far (next cheapest was on eBay for £4.77). I find the flat cables better as they are more lightweight, flexible and eaier to roll up to than the rounded heavier cables.
It is the latest version (v1.4) so it supports 1080p 3D and the upcoming 4k HD resolution (so it should be futurepoof for the foreseeable future). It also has the obligatory gold plated connectors to ensure safe delivery of your 1's and 0's to give you superior picture quality blah blah....
It says free 3-5 day delivery but I ordered mine at 1pm and it arrived the next day at 9am, very impressed. Looks to be a well built qualtiy cable too. Just ordered another as a spare

Yeah they're good for that too - I just prefer them to the normal cables anyway because they are lighter weight and easier to roll up and store (I like to carry one around in my laptop bag).
The build quality seems good on them (as much as it can be for a cable). Comes with the little plastic covers on the end to protect the connectors.

heh, open wikipedia, find 1.4 version of HDMI and read through carefully. Doesn`t matter if its flat, rounded, blond or bold:D 1.4 supports 3D!! All versions and shapes:)

I think you might have missed the humour in a "flat" cable only being 2D ;)
