sorted byDidn't work on my second order either even though I didn't sign in so I used a different browser and it worked fine. I'm guessing deleting the cookies will do the job as well.
Emailed on 19th or 20th November and got to be redeemed from 20th to 29th only

It's for delivery only. Just choose delivery instead of click and collect and you will get the £5 discount as well as free delivery
