Awwww, diddums.

Anyway, this is a truly hideous shirt. Haven't seen a nice Scotland kit since our pinstriped Fila one a few years back. Still, a good deal if you're going to buy one anyway.

Its a footy shirt.

World Cup strip ?

Seems a lot of our English pounds for a non-league top.

"home tae think again",,,

And if you must insist on speaking our language, try not to use three letters when it is correct to use only two. You'll give the impression that the Scotch are little more than real life versions of 'The Broons'.

Asif! God, can you imagine?!!

You mean the way you have done when you write Scotch rather than Scots?

Also, for someone who insists on linguistic propriety, you have a remarkably poor sense of how to use punctuation.

That's a typically feeble-minded response.

Scotch is a drink, it is a broth, it is a mist, it is pepper.... it pertains to a connection to Scotland, and Scotch pertains to the people of Scotland.

The Scotch decided to take offence at it being used when describing them for reasons best known to themselves, probably the same reasons that Pakistanis decided to suddenly take offence at being called Pakis, which is just to have something else to whinge about.

Hey, we arnt that bad! Slang is one thing and a lot of Scots do it off the cuff at least in the central belt but up north kinda Chookter country, they speak very different if you take offence to slang you'd do yer head in up there. Right so its not like England has many regional dialects and slang terms is it?

Scotch? English Pounds? Its Sterling and its Scots and for the record im not anti anything i have family in England and its just the same as anywhere else but the English forced the rest of the UK to speak English, at least the Welsh try to keep some of their identity all we have is a love for a mince footy team and traditional wear - kilts. I know a few Rangers fans, can you believe it! are gonna support England :(
England worries about national pride but at least you don't support like France or Germany FFS!

This is a hot deal because most NEW kits are £40 sometimes £45 for an adult, that's just the way it is even if we arnt at the World Cup or even if it is a national strip. I think the kits decent, its much better than some of the previous ones! Its got the Lion Rampant on it which is nice, looks a bit figure hugging not that it bothers me.

Quick fact; its illegal to fly the Lion Rampant in England you need special permission or something like that :)

EDIT: Pakistani people don't take offence to being called a **** its people who are born here in the UK or other Middle Eastern/Asians that do. Your basically stereotyping when calling any Asian/Middle Eastern descendant or national a ****.

Unfortunately its people like you with your limited grammar and bad attitude which makes many people think all English people are twits, which of course is not true. But you are a complete moron, Scotch has never meant- a scottish person. clearly racist undertones in your posts, we get the fact you don't like scots or pakistanis, you will no doubt go far in the world...NOT!!!

Just as well we're not talking cricket here. ;-)

ECB regulations state that to play for England, a player must be a British or Irish citizen, and have either been born in England and Wales, or have lived in England and Wales for the last four years

There are a few of that opinion, but really most are just sick of the press when reporting on England, hence the confusion on the matter. How many supporters wish their derby opposition to lose all games. You'll find that it's not far off 100% so it's only natural that some extend this to their nearest opposing nation.

Undecided on the latest one, the best I think in recent years was the Diadora one.

p.s. I'm Scottish and hoping England do well..........:w00t:

Think I'll wait to see this one in the flesh first. Wasn't that impressed with the official release pictures.

Good price for a new top though, & Adidas tend to be good quality
#29
Suppose you can pretend you were good enough for the World Cup finals...

It's comparable to an england fan supporting anyone playing against germany, or an everton fan supporting anyone playing against liverpool.

quit yer belly achin'

Damn nice shirt!

Shame Asda won't do a £25 deal on it...I begrudge paying £35 for a football shirt!

:)

They said on the news that ticket sales for this world cup are really low.

And that if Scotland were there they would have sold even less.
#35
Scotch is a perfectly good adjective, although its use has declined over the last 100 years, due to the Scotch preferring to use "Scots" and "Scottish".

I think this quote sums it up quite succinctly:

In 1965, the historian A. J. P. Taylor, wrote: "Some inhabitants of Scotland now call themselves Scots and their affairs Scottish. They are entitled to do so. The English word for both is Scotch, just as we call les français the French and Deutschland Germany. Being English, I use it

Not a bad looking shirt anyway, to be fair.
#36
Do you know whats funny England will probably not even get past the last 16 so i would rather not go than make a total t i t of ourselves football wise and there moronic idiots cause riots and fight most of the time so we can all laugh a bit more with your pis h poor attempt of hosting another major tournament!!!!!

Do you generalize much?
#38
is the prices with or without the discount? or is there a code?
#39
Nice shirt. I think that all football shirts tend to be overpriced nowadays. They change the strips too much.

I'm sure that England will do well in the World Cup provided they avoid playing top sides like Mexico and Japan who outplayed them in the last two matches. Well England made them look like top sides. :)

Question: Why is it George Michaels lifetime ambition to play in goal for England?.
Answer: Because he'd have 10 arseholes in front of him and 60'000 pricks behind him

Corrected that for you.

George Michael is after all English, which is why this joke was of course originally about England.
