don't know about anywhere else but I work in engineering and 99% of the time only use 8, 10, 13, 17 and 19s they must be 'standard' sizes

I seem to need 12mm quite often on Japanese motorbikes. (they also seem to need "in between" sizes for bearings and the like as well!)
